Saat ini, SMKS Cor Jesu memiliki tiga program studi atau jurusan. Yaitu Kuliner, Perhotelan, dan Desain Komunikasi Visual.

Desain Komunikasi Visual

Jurusan Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV) SMK Cor Jesu adalah tempat mencetak kreator multi-talenta. Keunggulannya: satu-satunya DKV di Kota Malang. Siswa menguasai Desain 2D/3D, Fotografi, Videografi (termasuk editing), Jurnalistik/Layouting, dan membuat Produk Kreatif hingga packaging. Lulusan siap menjadi desainer grafis, content creator, atau artpreneur ulung di era digital.

Kuliner

Program Studi Kuliner SMK Cor Jesu mencetak Food-Preneur masa depan. Keunggulannya meliputi penguasaan Teknik Boga Premium (standar DUDI), Pastry & Bakery, keahlian Barista (Minuman Kontemporer), dan Tata Hidang profesional. Siswa juga dibekali ilmu Kewirausahaan dan Digital Branding (Food Photography), serta menguasai Food Safety global, mempersiapkan lulusan yang siap bersaing di industri hotel dan bisnis F&B modern.

Perhotelan

Jurusan Perhotelan SMK Cor Jesu mencetak profesional hospitality berstandar global. Keunggulan utamanya adalah penguasaan hard skill Front Office, Housekeeping, dan Food & Beverage Service (F&B) dengan attitude dan etika kerja tinggi. Siswa belajar Digital Hospitality dan dilatih di Mini Hotel berfasilitas bintang lima, membuka prospek karir di hotel internasional hingga Kapal Pesiar (Cruise Ship).
